*We are currently using Finale!, a book of tunes put together for the annual benefit concert of the Washington D.C. Area Folk Harp Society. The book is $16 and is available from Melody's Music or Sylvia Woods Harp Center. .We have also recently started using two other books, A Circle of Harps by Nancy Hurrell, available from www.AfghanPress.com for $20, and we have recently started using a new book of arrangements by our own Aileen Kelly, called Circle of Song., Christmas. Other music is occasionally available to members by e-mail

Any Excuse for a Party

At our October meeting we celebrated the fact that our founder, Aileen Kelly, has a new book in print, Circle of Song for harp ensemble. This is the Christmas edition and contains two- and three-harp arrangements of Theme from L'Arlesienne, I Saw Three Ships, Angels' Noel, Joy to the World, Patapan, and Fum, Fum, Fum..

We have been the beneficiaries of her work on this project and are eagerly awaiting the next book which will contain other pieces she has arranged for our harp circle.

Access sheet music for Hark the Harps: Score, harp 1, harp 2, harp 3
